Many cities in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic could set record high temperatures on Saturday:

* New York, N.Y. - 69° degrees (Record 63°, 1950)
* Philadelphia, Pa.- 71° degrees (Record 71°, 1950)
* Washington, D.C.- 70° degrees (Record 72°, 1950)
* Richmond, Va.- 74° degrees (Record 73°, 1950)
* Boston, Mass.- 62° degrees (Record 62°, 1913)
