Art Basel: International Art Festival Miami Beach

I won't be around as I am heading to Miami for some fun, sun and of course some culture at Art Basel, The International Art Show. I'm meeting up with some friends and hope to see some really great art. The weather looks good with sun and clouds and the chance of a shower here and there. I certainly won't mind the warm up! It was a cold weekend. The international art show in Miami Beach is the American sister event of Art Basel in Switzerland, the most important annual art show worldwide for the past 37 years. Art Basel Miami Beach is a new type of cultural event, combining an international art show with an exciting program of special exhibitions, parties and crossover events including music, film, architecture and design. Exhibition sites are located in the city's beautiful Art Deco District, within walking distance of the beach and most hotels and restaurants.
